• Orders placed before 1pm CST will be processed and shipped on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 3pm CST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier:

• We exclusively use USPS (United States Postal Service) for our shipping services.

Delivery Time:

• Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Refusal of Shipping:

• We reserve the right to refuse shipping to locations where local state laws forbid the sale of our products.
• In the event of such a refusal, you will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Process:

• Refunds for refused shipments will be processed within 7 business days.
• Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund to your account.
