Refunds & Returns
We strive to ensure the satisfaction of every customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that the following conditions apply:
- Unopened and unused: All returned items must be unopened and unused. This applies to all products, including vape carts.
- Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be allowed for unopened, sealed items within 30 days on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your exchange request. Vape carts may not be exchanged.
Shipping Costs
Pixel Potion Cafe will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to quality issues or mistakes on our part. For other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Gift Returns
If you were sent a gift from our store, you may return it for in-store credit. The gift recipient will need to pay shipping costs for the return.
Return Process
To begin a return, please click "My Account" from any store page and look for a link that says "Returns". You can also find the link at the footer of the store. Once you click on the link, you will be able to initiate a return request and provide us with the necessary information. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item.
Return Approval
All returns must be approved in writing by Pixel Potion Cafe before the item is shipped back to us.
